License

This License governs your use of the Violetta Studio template you purchased ("the Template"). By downloading, installing, or using the Template you agree to these terms.

Single-use commercial license

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Template on one (1) end project. An "end project" means a single deployed website, application, or product owned by you or by a single client of yours. Personal projects, prototypes, internal tools, and one client project all count as a single end project.

What you can do

• Modify, customize, and combine the Template with other code, including proprietary code.
• Deploy the modified Template to production for the licensed end project.
• Receive lifetime updates to the Template.

What you cannot do

• Redistribute, sublicense, resell, or share the Template (modified or not) as a competing template, theme, or starter kit.
• Use the Template on more than one end project unless you purchased the Bundle license (which extends to unlimited end projects of your own — still no resale).
• Claim authorship of the Template's design or unmodified code.

No warranty

The Template is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Violetta Studio is not liable for damages arising from its use.

Termination

This License terminates automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must cease all use of the Template.
