We are Violetta Studio, the operator of violettadev.com (the "Site"). This page explains what data we collect, who processes it, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, email, subject, message. Stored only as the resulting email in our inbox.
• Browser metadata via Vercel Analytics — page views, country, device class. Cookieless and not tied to identifiable visitors.
• reCAPTCHA token — Google sets first-party cookies to score whether form submissions are human. Only loaded after consent.

We do not use marketing cookies and do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Third-party processors

• Vercel — hosts the Site and provides Analytics + Speed Insights (cookieless).
• Resend — delivers contact form emails.
• Sanity — stores the editable content rendered on the Site.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3 — anti-spam scoring; loaded only with your consent.

Cookies

We use one optional cookie family: Google reCAPTCHA. Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights are cookieless. Theme and language preferences live in your browser via localStorage and never leave your device.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email hello@violettadev.com and we will respond within 30 days.
