These Terms govern your use of violettadev.com (the "Site") and any template you purchase from us. Using the Site or our templates means you accept these Terms.

Templates

Each template is licensed separately. The terms of that license are in the License document included with your purchase. The Bundle license, when purchased, extends usage to multiple end projects of your own — but never to resale.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase if the template is not a fit for your project. Email hello@violettadev.com — no questions asked. After 7 days refunds are at our discretion.

Lifetime updates

Buying a template grants you lifetime updates to that specific template, delivered through the same Gumroad product page. No subscriptions.

No warranty

The Site and the templates are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with any specific stack version.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Violetta Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our templates.

Third-party links

The Site links to external services (Gumroad, Vercel, GitHub, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability or content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Violetta Studio is registered. Disputes are resolved in good faith first; if necessary, in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
